About Adam Goodrich
Goodrich Myotherapy was started in 2018 by Adam Goodrich. After practicing in the massage and physical therapy fields for over 11 years, Adam saw the need for higher quality manual therapy that not only worked on relieving pain but also could provide clients with the tools necessary to continue that improvement at home after they left the clinic.
Our number one goal at Goodrich Myotherapy is to get the client to understand what is truly causing their pain so they will be better prepared to help themselves manage it on a day-to-day basis.

What is Myotherapy?
Myotherapy is a specialized form of manual therapy that focuses on treating and preventing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. It combines elements of massage therapy, osteopathy, and corrective bodywork to address the root causes of chronic pain rather than just the symptoms. Through techniques such as Myoskeletal Alignment, trigger point therapy, and neurological re-education, myotherapy helps release muscle tension, correct postural imbalances, and restore proper movement patterns. This holistic approach not only reduces discomfort and stiffness but also improves circulation, flexibility, and overall body function—making it ideal for anyone seeking long-term relief from pain, injury, or stress-related tension.
